I am getting the one moment please message but only on one basement tv. How do I fix it? this is obviously happening to a lot of people, does anyone know why?
If you're noticing the message on one TV only, then it's going to be a signal issue affecting that digital box, or it could mean that the digital box needs to be refreshed from our side. Have you had a chance to try the steps outlined in this document - https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1028?
