I'm a new user and in spite of my good internet speed at the beginning of my subscription, I have a low internet speed in couple of past days. Can you explain me the reason please?
Here is my recent speed test.
Is it slow all the time (several tests throughout the day), or only in the evenings?
How long have you had your subscription? Has it slowly gotten worse? Or more of a one day it was fine, and then the next it was poor.
most the time it's slow. it's less than 3 weeks since my subscription has been started. I am subscribed for speed of at least 20 Mb/s.

O yes, I have the same problem for the past 3 weeks, yes 3 weeks. It keeps going on and off every few hours. So, on for a few hours then off a few hours then on again. BUT when its on its very slow, takes 2min or more to load a page. So I guess its not really on at all. I'm not what else to do to make it faster, I tried it on all 3 PC, 3 laptop and 3 cell, and an ipad, and the result are exactly the same. VERY SLOW. At first we thought its the modem and or router, so we replace BOTH of them( brand new). We even got a technician from Shaw to come in and check out stuff but still doesn't work.( When they left it worked fine but after a few hours it disconnect again for a day or 2.)
**We have never experience this before. We've have been a loyal customer, and have always been with Shaw for I don't remember how long.**
I totally lost hope and don't know what else to do or try at this point. I might try a different company and see how that goes.
