Error 16522 - No VOD service

My DCX3200M digital box appears to be working, the regular cable is fine and the Shaw Video On Demand menu appears fine, but when I click "order" on any program (TV, movie, any channel, etc), the screen either goes blank or I get an error message saying "Error 16522 - call Shaw".


I've tried rebooting four times - both by holding down the power button and by manually unplugging the digital box. This problem has been continuous since I tried accessing the VOD around 1pm this afternoon.


I tried calling shaw but the current wait time is over 20minutes.
