Terribly slow internet

My internet has been terribly slow for the last week and I'm not sure why. I've tried steps 1-3 but they haven't done anything & I can't do steps 4 & 5 because there are multiple devices that are connected to the internet and I don't have a PC. I've been on my IP address on my browser but I'm not sure how to fix it.
