New customer - only been on for 2 weeks and have had nothing but problems so far! I don't have the time to spend on the tech support phone line again...last time was nearly 3 hours between 2 techs! Our service was down entirely - they managed to get it up again to watch tv but here is a list of problems:
- Menu screen comes up blank
- cannot PVR anything
- says we are "Offline"
- music chanels say "to be announced"
I've "rebooted" the box more than once to no avail.
