Hello I remove my hdmi cable and connected the digital PVR thru the other connection.
Now we lost the pay per view and the channel guide.
Can you help
What do you currently have displayed on your TV screen? Do you have an error, such as "no signal", or do you have live TV but you're unable to use the Guide? If it's displaying "no signal", we have a helpful guide available here: https://community.shaw.ca/docs/DOC-1027.
It may help to reconnect the HD PVR to the same HDMI connection on your TV that you had it connected to previously, and ensure that your TV is set to the correct HDMI input. If you ensure that the HD PVR is turned on and press CBL on the PVR's remote, you should be able to access the Interactive Guide again.
