Is there any estimate of when the contents of HBO Canada contained within Movie Central in the Shaw on Demand area will be available again ? I have a Gateway and have been told it is a known problem.
We are aware of the issue and currently have teams working to correct it.
There is a workaround to the problem.
As soon as you arrow over to HBO Canada, press the OK key on your remote before the error shows up. This will open up the sub-menus of TV Series and Movies.

This issue will be resolved permanently in an upcoming firmware update in the meantime the workaround is to press "OK" on your remote right after you arrow over to HBO Canada.
