Why does my TV have no picture but has a small circle and the message says APP? What is this and how do I access my TV? This message has been here for hours now.

Sorry to hear that you're not able to watch TV at the moment. We released a new firmware version to all HD Guide cable boxes last night and what you're seeing may be a result of the update. I would first recommend that you try removing the power cable from the cable box for 30 seconds, plugging it back in and then checking again as this should fix the problem.
Please let us know though if this isn't working and we can troubleshoot further to get this fixed.
