Are there service outages in Kitsilano? Starting last night, we have had little or no connectivity.

There do not appear to be any known problems in that area, but I'd be happy to take a look into the problem for you.
A few questions here to start with which will help narrow things down....
Are you able to connect at all right now?
Are you using a router to connect, and if so have you tried bypassing it to test your connection directly to the Shaw modem?
Are you connecting wirelessly, and if so is there any difference in performance when using a wired connection?
Any of this info would be really helpful in narrowing things down. If you could reply back here and let me know, we'll go from there.

I am not at home now. My son was, but he has gone to work. He had no luck using a hardwired connection, or the wireless as of 1:00 today. Same as last night. No TV either.
I tried recycling the Modem last night, and there was no change.
