We are getting this error on one of the cable boxes in our house. It doesn't show up for all of the channels, just some of them. The cable box upstairs is working fine. I have unplugged, waited 30 seconds, and then plugged it back in. I have also checked that the coaxial cable is attached. We don't have a cable splitter. I have not tried the 4th solution of checking at another outlet as the box upstairs is working, and frankly it is a pain to move the box around:)
I am not putting personal information in here as indicated, but wonder how you will now help me get this fixed.
