I've been having problems for over a week now with intermittent speed and connections.
I'm told I will have to wait another week before a tech can come out. I've been through all the tests, resets, safe-mode, and such.
I don't think I should have to wait a week. I'm blaming the modem. I know, only a Shaw tech has the knowledge for that.
Am I able to borrow an identical modem and test using here? Or are the locked to IP, street addresses and serial locations?
