my tv should have been restored by now can you check into this for me
Sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your TV service. What kind of cable box do you have and are you seeing any messages on the front of the unit or on your TV? If you have one of our new HD Guide cable boxes, we recently sent out a firmware update, which may have caused this. I would first recommend that you try removing the power from the back of the box for 15 seconds or so, plugging it back in and checking again.
