My ISP for email is Telus. When at our office in Calgary, my business partner utilizes Shaw as her ISP. My laptop is a MacBook. I am unable to send an email on Telus' outgoing smtp through the Shaw system. Is there a fix for that?
Either switch to Shaw's outgoing server while in the office, or see if Telus has an authenticated email server that you can use that is on something other than Port 25.
I think MacMail allows multiple SMTP server, and it will use whichever one it can connect to at that time.
