Can't login to web mail after changing password
Try pushing Caps-Lock and trying your password again
Otherwise www.shaw.ca/occ login here (or create a login) under Internet is Email and Webspace, then reset your password again
Good point on making sure that Caps-Lock is turned off. Passwords are case sensitive.
It also might be that your browser is storing your old password in its cache. Emptying the history and saved passwords in the cache might do the trick.

I was thinking, if it was turned on while changing the password, turning it back on, would now allow them to login
