Just got Gateway and getting this error when accessing some areas on VOD???
This is a known issue while under investigation we do have a successful work around.
If the user highlights HBO and lets it sit – pulling the information on its own time, the error will be seen. However, if the user hits ‘ok’ as soon as they highlight HBO it will allow them access to the content and the ordering should be fine.
I have tested this and this work around does work.
You can also try pressing the left or right arrow buttons and then go back and will work too.
