Updates on cable outages

Since this seems to be a regular occurrence, you should create a bulletin warning people of which communities have outages.
I've been on hold for over 25 minutes at 11:45 pm, clearly I'm not alone.
I have tried everything I can think of and am about ready to give up for the night (even though I was halfway through a movie)
I've searched your site up and done and there is nothing about your system defaults, but everything about what customers potentially have done wrong... Thanks Shaw, you've been nothing more than a pebble in my shoe since I signed up with you.
