Hmm, we haven't had any reports of problems in the area. Maybe it's something simple that we can address here.
A couple things I'm wondering...
What are you seeing on screen when you try watching TV - any sort of error message?
And, do you have multiple TVs there which aren't working, or is just a single TV affected?

The "OMP" message does usually indicate a signal issue, but may be corrected with some troubleshooting.

I've had the same problem in South Surrey - no picture/sound on both TVs for last 2 days. Turned everything off this morning before I left for work, and will re-boot when I get home, to see if that fixes it.
