I have an error message ONE MOMENT PLEASE this channel should be available shortly. this has been on my screen for at least 20 mins and i have tried rebooting my Motorola box

The "OMP" message can be the result of a signal issue. Resetting the box is always a good start, thanks for trying that. We have a document online here which has some further steps to try, it can be found here: One Moment Please Error (Ref Code: s0a00)

to my surprise my Husband was moving things around and the cable was not connected to the box! I now have picture Shaw is wonderful!!!!
