My internet connection goes on and off several times during the day. The problem with this is that i have to reset the modem and the wireless router every time when that happens. In the call center they can't see any interruption on the signal or the connection, what I notice is the connection is lost just for few seconds and it comes back up but that is enough to turn down the wireless router that's why i have to reset all over again. After Shaw said my connection is good and the technician change the modem and 2 main connectors (one on the street and one in the house) i got a brand new Linksys EA6500 smart WiFi and the problem still persist. Now I don't have a clue what the problem can be, what I can say is that the worst connection time is during business hours so I think is still a Shaw problem. Any input or suggestion will be REALLY appreciated because I am dealing with this for a month already.
