Receiving emails ok but nothing going out. Using mail.shaw.ca as SMTP. On netbook.
I've just taken a look into the e-mail address that was used to register for your Community account, and I've enabled remote access for the account. You should now be able to use our remote set-up steps, mentioned by kevinds. We have a helpful set-up guide available here as well.
Is your Netbook using a Shaw internet connection right now? Or are you out-and-about?

That is why, you can't use the Port 25 settings when not using Shaw internet.
Confirm with a shaw-moderator you have Remote SMTP enabled for your email account, then go back to the Port 587 Security SSL On Authentication Password
