I have registered 3 cell phone with my shaw go wifi. how to cancel one of my cell phone as I've got a new phone.

Sign-in, or Sign-up if you don't have your login or have never had one for here
Under Internet - Shaw Go WiFi (sorry going off memory, OCC appears to be down again right now)
Delete the old cell phone, and Add your new one if you have the MAC address, or wait until you are in range again, and then Remember Device when signing in
