I am always disconnected every time I access the internet. Usually it will take 15-30 minutes interval. So tired with this,though.
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've been noticing with your Internet connection. Just to confirm, is this happening wirelessly, when connected with an Ethernet direct to the modem, or both? Also, have you had a chance to take a look at our Wireless Connectivity Troubleshooting guide?
If you're noticing this problem when connected wirelessly, and you're not sure if it happens when directly connected, I'd definitely recommend making a direct connection to your Shaw modem via an Ethernet cable. If the drops continue to happen when directly connected then we can rule out a WiFi interference issue.
