This is on your TV's set top box?
Are you using the DCX 3510 or the DCX 3200?
Have you tried unplugging the power cord for 1-2 minutes and the reconnecting (power cycle) ?
After that, if still seeing that error, check that the coaxial cable from the wall to your set top box is still connected and secure.
Is everything working for you now? It's possible that the message on not connecting was a temporary one due to the latest firmware upgrade.
