TV/Internet not working after Technician changed cables today.

We had a Shaw Technician come to our home today to move our telephone from Telus to Shaw.  He

also gave us a new modem and changed some of the cabling.  Tonight we cannot get the TV to work,

and the computer signal keeps being dropped even though it says the signal is strong.

Can you help please?
