I Am trying to add a Auto Reply to my @shaw.ca email address. I have gone under Customer Centre to my emal settings to do this but every time I try and save the changes it erases the Auto Reply message. Any advice?
Yes, it does disappear, but it works. Whoever sends you email WILL get the auto reply. I have more than one email account at Shaw. I set an auto reply on one, sent email from another and got the auto reply at the second one.
Have you had a chance to test it out? As coolpup mentions, when you save the setting in your Customer Centre profile, the auto-reply message disappears; however, if you selected "enabled", anyone who sends to you will receive your auto-reply.
You can also set up an auto-reply from within Webmail directly. This is under Preferences -> Mail -> Receive.
