My email account works fine on site, however when I try to connect through another wifi network I can only receive emails, but not send them. I have tried the setup documents for laptops, and check out other suggestions however I don't seem to be having any success. I either get the message that I could not connect to the server when trying to send a test email to myself, or I just repeatedly get the logon screen with my info already entered and I click ok it just keeps coming up until I click cancel and then it fails. I am using Windows 7 and Mail Live 2009. Trying to get support on the phone but the queue is always longer than suggested and never seem to get through.
