Yes, phones are out. No, you haven't been losing 3 hours of business as they've only been out half an hour. Obviously they're trying to resolve the issue if all of their tech support are working on it rather than answering phones and emails. Give them time, they'll get it fixed. Threatening a "mass exodus" isn't helping. Seriously. Calm down. It's a phone. You still have email if it's an emergency. If they don't update us in an hour's time THEN you have reason to be angry.
