Since last evening, my phone has lost dial tone, I followed the support instructions and reset the box. Nothing happened.
This morning I've reset it again, taken all the power out of it for 10 minutes, reconnected (as per support instructions) PAID my bill, so what's the deal?
I tried the live chat that's supposed to be open from 7am to 10pm and each time it says 'we're closed' and gives me these hours to re chat. Well come on, it's past 9am!
Please help me this is my only phone! The online light keeps flashing.
