When i try to enter the TV section of shaw on demand i receive an error 64417. have shut down the console for 30 seconds and still i get
When you shut down your digital box, did you turn off the power or did you pull the power cord? Pull the power cord for 30 seconds to reset it. Also, in case it's a signal issue, reconnect the coaxial cable from the digital box to the wall outlet (and on both ends of the splitter if there is one).

I am having the same problem. Unplugging and rebooting is not fixing the problem.
