When will the secure.shaw.ca be back up and running?
I've just tried http://secure.shaw.ca, and it looks like it's redirecting properly to the Customer Centre page. Are you getting an error when trying to access http://secure.shaw.ca, or are you able to see the page but can't log in with your username and password?
All I get is a page with the message that says "Shaw's Online Customer Care is not available at the moment. Please try again later". This has been going on for well over a week now.
Thank you for letting me know. Do you see the same error message if you go to http://my.shaw.ca/CustomerCentre instead of http://secure.shaw.ca?
That access works just fine, however, I have two accounts and it is the second account that doesn't work.
You can add both accounts to the same Online Customer Care login too, if that is an option for you

If I enter secure.shaw.ca, it's automatically redirected to my.shaw.ca without me doing anything. I would think an account is an account is an account, and that it shouldn't matter which one is used. I could be wrong, though.

I tried to access it again through my paperless shaw billing notification and I still get the same page message.
