I have been having issues with my phone not having a dial tone for 2 1/2 hours each nite for the last two evenings.Have contacted Shaw both evenings. My internet of course goes off and my television freezes. I spoke to someone last nite from my cell# and was advised that they would put me on a priority list for a tech to contact me today to come check out all the wiring. It is now 10:30 am in Alberta and I stil have not heard anything......My husband is now questioning if we should have stayed with Telus!!!! Not a good thing.
