I was recently helping a friend set up his new Mac laptop. He relies on his shaw.ca email addresses for both personal and business use. Like most of us, he also own several devices (computers, iPhone, etc.).
When looking up settings, I realized Shaw still does not support IMAP mail. I have myself given up on this several years ago and started forwarding my shaw.ca email to another service which supports it.
Why? Because in an age where we access emails from multiple devices, it seems very backwards to have to go through deleting the same emails 4-5 times after reading it.
What is the recommendation from Shaw to address this problem?
