email settings

I am using my laptop at a friend's house and his internet is through Shaw.  My Outlook email account is through Telus and I cannot get my email to send out, although it seems to be receiving.  Can someone please advise the correct settings and the steps to set up in MS Outlook 2003??

 

 

 

Task 'pop.shaw.ca - Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC92) : 'Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password in your account properties. Under Tools, click E-mail accounts.  The server responded: -ERR login failed'
