NO HD signal??

Help!  NO TV!!  We have the Gateway system, with 2 TVs. Everything worked fine at 7pm (PST) last night.  TV turned off and then back on at 9:30. Channel guide did not match current time, or show being viewed, and only listed channels down left side...no listings of various shows and time slots.  Could NOT change channel.  Checked to see if PVR shows would play....yes they did.  Switched back to Channel guide, and same thing...blank/black screen except for channels displayed down left side of screen.  No listings, no time slots.  Info at top left corner did not correspond to current time, or even the original channel that had been on earlier.  Same thing going on this morning.  Same on both TV's.  Have tried unplugging power source to box, no effect. ?????  Have tried to phone Shaw....but put on hold for frickin ever.
