When I try to reply to a message or refresh I get "An unknown error has occurred". I have Windows Live 2011 and already tried the repair protical.
Have you set up Windows Live 2011 as per our document at Windows Live Mail 2011? It might be a matter of whether you have the authentication clicked or unclicked. If it's the same settings, the next step is to make sure you don't have any emails stuck in your outbox. If you do, delete it and see if you still the error.
