I have been trying to scan my laptop for last 6 hrs and the scanning numbers are not moving at all .its still at zero but saying its scanning.... what could be the problem
What do you mean by scanning?
Like coolpup asked, what are you scanning? Are you running a Shaw Secure scan? Have you had a chance to restart your computer, and then try the scan again? If you're still having trouble, please feel free to reply back with more information regarding the problem.
