What is wrong with my Internet?
My internet is gone with the "us" light blinking. Tried it with two cable modems and both failed. Phoned your service support and they said, unsurprisingly, you guys says you have no problem on your end. Shaw open works "though I am typing this using my cell's LTE network".
I now needed to wait for a week to have your technicians to come by, but what is a better solution?
