The last 2 times I ordered movies that were available in SD and HD, I selected HD, but when I went into My Orders in VOD it showed as being in SD. This isn't a problem with the 1080p movies as SD obviously isn't an option. And for the movie central title I just went back and ordered the HD version in VOD on the PVR, not as user friendly but it worked.
Is there a bug in the app? I never had this problem in until this month.
