I've just turned on the TV and I'm getting a message saying "An Error Occurred. Portal loading failed". How do I go about fixing this?
First, which lights are lit on the Gateway?
Unplug the Gateway for 30 seconds and plug back in, then wait 1 minute, and unplug the Portal for 1 minute and plug it back in, see if a reboot helps
Did pulling the power cord to the portal help restore the connection to the Gateway? If not, reconnect the coaxial cable running from the portal to the wall outlet as it might be a bad connection.
