What are the setting for BB Q10 for Shaw mail to work?
You're right, that was for corporate managers and wouldn't apply to you. I've edited my last post to remove the info so as not to confuse anyone else visiting this thread.
It looks like you were part of a similar discussion that was on the go at How do I edit my display name for the Blackberry Z10. What happens when you log into your online account at http://my.shaw.ca/CustomerCentre and change your display name there?
'Automatic' may/should work for you

Thanks, Lance ... that's exactly how I have set-up my email ... however, you will notice that there is nowhere in the procedure to establish or edit one's Display Name ... using the methodology you recommend, my Display Name is in ALL CAPS ... please help by explain how I can edit my Display Name to appear as All Caps rather than as ALL CAPS.
I searched the Blackberry site and found this:

I have previously reviewed this ... my understanding is that this Guide is for corporate managers who manage their employees' mobiles using central administration software that Blackberry makes available to small businesses for this purpose. I am not a small business ... just a single, humble retail user. Since I have never keyed my name into my email set-up, whether for Display Name or any other purpose, the only place my Display Name can have come from is Shaw. Somewhere within Shaw there has to be the ability to modify the ALL CAPS appearance of my Display Name. Why does the set-up protocol which you sent me earlier, and which I understand from you response to be a Shaw artifact, not provide a field to enter Display Name that overrides whatever default Shaw is otherwise using?
Yay! I finally solved this after following your latest suggestion Lance ... I located the primary Display Name field in the Shaw Customer Centre (different from my Webmail account which I had previously changed). I had tried this on more than one occasion before without finding the right place. I am unsure whether or not it became accessible as a result of other changes I made to my account first, or if was accessible all along and I just kept missing it ... in any event, the problem has a solution! Thank you for your help and patience!!
