i was advised last night to power off the pvr for 30 minutes and then once powered on again, the channels would appear.
I tried that but I still don't have the new channels
Did you just power it off? Or completely unplug the power?
I was told that worked before, but it may require a reset from Shaw's side, something they may need to add to the procedures when adding channels to accounts
i Unplugged the pvr box for 30 minutes. after 30 minutes, i plugged it back in and still no new channels
