My latency is RIDICULOUS. What's going on?

Take a look at this ping test:


It's been like this for the last few days. I've restarted the modem, turned off every single internet device in my home, run ping tests on all of them individually, and all of them show results similar to this.


To top it off, I've tried calling in to shaw support several times and have been put on hold for more than 30 minutes before giving up. This is becoming extremely frustrating.
