All of a sudden i cant send messages they are sitting in the outbox
When you've got messages which are stuck in the Outbox, it's possible that one of them might be corrupt or possibly too large to send from an email client (as the limit is 7.5MB) over POP. What I would recommend you try first would be (if possible) to delete the messages in your Outbox, close your email client, re-open it and then try to send yourself a test message to see if that works.
Just to be sure, before you try that make sure that you are on a Shaw connection at the moment. If you're not and your email client is using a certain setup to send messages, they won't send (although you'd usually receive an error message).

Same issue. No attachment. Got following error message: "Task 'firstname.lastname@example.org - Sending reported error (0x80042109): "Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server."
Have you had a chance to try resetting your email settings within Outlook via the troubleshooting steps here yet?
