I can get into on demand to the menu & nothing further. Once there I can't do anything else - I can't even exit. We have to unplug the digital box to exit - this has been going on since Friday
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with Video on Demand. Once you're in the main VOD menu, do you get an error when you try to navigate into one of the sub menus? Also, does an error appear when you press the Exit button to try to leave the VOD menu, or does the screen simply freeze?
I get to the main menu, no error message. Everything looks normal but I can't do anything at all....I can't even exit. I searched here yesterday & read to unplug the box and it should reset itself. I did that & it still doesn't work
