My gateway isn't working - maybe due to all the rain? I have unplugged it upon recommendation, still nothing. how do I reboot it, if this would be another recommendation. Or should I just get a technician?
Unplugging it is the same as rebooting basically.
A Shaw mod can get your account details and then maybe have mark_vse look at it to see what he sees on his end.

Just to be sure, you removed the power from the back of the Gateway itself and not from the Portal (which is attached to your TV)? If that's the case, please let me know and I can look into this for you further.
