I have no channels on my 2nd TV since a change several weeks ago at Shaw - how can I get my TV channels back?
Do you see an error message when you try to tune to any channel on your 2nd TV? I've just looked up your account using the e-mail address that you used to register with the Community, and I've run a quick refresh on your digital boxes. If you're still unable to access any channels on the 2nd TV, please don't hesitate to reply back to this thread.
Thank you! It's almost all better. I'm still missing some upper channels that I had before - eg. 87. Just wondering if I can get them back too...... TX again Tegan......
I'm glad to hear that most of the channels are back! I can definitely take a look to see why the other channels are missing. I've just sent you a direct message, which you can check by clicking the Inbox link at the top of the page.
Thanks again. I have a sheet of paper dated Effective May 11, 2011 that has channels 50-62, 68, 69, 87, 143-158 etc. marked on it as Digital Basic. I guess this changed somewhere along the line? One more thing (really) - how can I set up my tv so that the channels I don't get are hidden when I 'surf'?Cheers, Myra
I just looked at what you sent me Tegan. It's for Victoria. On my Cable Knowledge Network, for example, is on Channel 5 not 11. Can I get one that has my channels please?
I'm sorry about that! I've just sent out the corrected line-up for your area.
With regard to the channel line-up, the Digital Basic TV service is different from our Personal TV service. They are similar, but there are still some differences between the two packages. If you're interested in changing the package or adding additional channels that are not currently available with your subscription, please feel free to reply back to my direct message or e-mail so that we can get that taken care of for you.
At this time, we don't have a way to remove the channels that are not currently part of the digital box's subscription from the classic Interactive Guide.
