What's wrong with my Internet Connection? The speed is so slow, can't open a page properly... Even Customer Service is so busy that they are not available to take my call after 25 min...

It's been 3 very slow nights in a row for me here in Vernon, BC. Tuesday night was quoted on here by a shaw rep as a 'fibre relocate'. causing issues in BC. Wed. night was quoted as a 'national issue with shaw internet'.
Still getting slow page loads, horrible ping times & poor download speeds Thurs. What is tonight's excuse?

I have the 250 mbps internet.. ping tests are horrible 200+ download 40-50mbps and upload 1 and under..
is shaw having any issues on there end..
I have tried everything..resetting modems and routers.. modem only.. everything I use is normally wired. reset to factory defaults in case anything was changed
any insight would be helpful or if its just server issues.. this is the worst I have seen since I been on this package
Same here. Getting 40-50 mbps on broadband 100 plan. Would be nice if a shaw rep would respond with an explanation.
Same thing here in Burnaby started happening today. Have the 50mbps plan and can barely hit 200kps. Are there any outages/issues to report?
it got a lot better but not to where it normally sits for me.. but at about 1am last night I noticed a big improvement. ping is just under 100 but not like my normal 15-30. Download and Upload are great now
