Last night, June 19, 2013, I was watching a recorded show and about halfway it just stopped playing and went to the Shaw screensaver. I unplugged the unit and plugged it back in and as it was rebooting - it said there was an update - so I ran the update and rebooted once again. I have a 55" LED Samsung Smart TV. Now it seems that I don't have the volume that I used to on the TV. I have to have the volume up to 20 now - whereas I used to have it anywhere from 9 to 11 depending on the show.
Is there a way to boost the volume on the Gateway Portal?
