My gateway is stuck in 7.1.2 update limbo... The cable modem firmware has been updated successfully to 7.12.118 sometime early last week and since then it has been disconnected from the back-end. As such, I've received no new guide data and the guide ends at 5pm today. It appears that the software update portion of the 7.1.2 upgrade still needs to be done as the gateway is still at 188.8.131.52G5BR-P.367665. I see the end date for phase 2 (software update) is now next Friday the 28th!
