Been on hold for over an hour 3 times today trying to get my TV going. I'm wondering if Bell answers their phone??? Have the guide but not picture or sound and yes I did all the troubleshooting tips that are online. Have signal strength etc. When in guide get a funky bar chart picture in the preview screen. All week it has been freezing up and needed to be shut down but now that isn't curing it (yes, I tired calling in then too).
